Prior to
joining the Century 21 Peak Realty team,
Bill spent nearly 30 years in the high tech
industry. His experience there focused on
customer satisfaction. He intends to
continue that focus in real estate,
believing that open communication and
honesty is the best way to conduct business.
A native Coloradan by marriage, Bill has
lived in the Estes Valley since moving from
Colorado Springs in 1983. He, his wife, and
daughter (who attends Estes Park High
School), live in the house his wife’s
maternal grandfather built in the 1920s. His
in-laws still run Workshire Lodge, a
well-known resort in the area which was
opened by his wife’s paternal grandfather in
the 1940s.
He has participated in the Citizens Police
Academy and for 4 years, was a Volunteer in
the Estes Park Police Auxiliary. One of the
more rewarding activities he experienced as
an Auxiliary officer was assisting with the
Blue Santa Project here in town. .
Away from work, Bill enjoys photographing
the magnificent scenery and wildlife of
Colorado.
Please give Bill a call with your real
estate questions concerning Estes Park and
the surrounding area. He is looking forward
to using his knowledge of the Estes Valley
in helping you with your real estate needs. |
