During her 15 years as a Realtor in Estes Park, Kathleen has specialized in listening to the needs of her buyers and sellers, creating a plan for action on their behalf and following through with measurable results, all in an ethical manner. She is proud of the fact that, over the years, many of her customers have become good friends and sources of growth for her business. She loves the “people aspect” of the business.
Having moved from Denver, Kathleen has combined her love for real estate and the mountains in a dream lifestyle that she loves to share with others. Prior to her career in real estate, Kathleen was a Certified Financial Planner, a Registered Investment Advisor, a computer analyst, and a stockbroker.
In addition, she has been a Colorado licensed Certified Residential Appraiser for more than 18 years. Kathleen believes her varied business background serves to enhance the skills she brings to her profession as a Realtor.
Having moved to Colorado from Minnesota in the 1970’s, Kathleen considers herself “nearly a native." Her two sons were raised in Colorado and she now has 6 “grands." She has served on several committees for the Estes Park Board of Realtors and enjoys participating in the many fundraising activities of the Board. She loves the outdoors, golfing, reading and time with her family.
