Real Estate in Beautiful Estes Park since
1975 has been a wonderful experience." As a native of Colorado she lived in
and near Greeley, Colorado until 1971 when
she moved with her husband Herb and two
children, Jay and Jill, to Estes Park as a
result of Herb’s career change. Vivian operated Becker Real Estate
Company until 1989 at which time the CENTURY
21 franchise became available and the
company became CENTURY 21 Becker Real Estate
Co. In
1999 the company was sold to Linda McCreery
and Barbara Widrig and Vivian has remained
on as a Broker Associate. Twenty nine years of experience in
this market enables her to provide service
to previous clients as well as to new
clients who are moving in to the area. Her involvement in local Real Estate
includes serving as President of the Estes
Park Board of Realtors, two terms as
Director of the Colorado Association of
Realtors, where in 1989 she was named
Realtor of the year by her peers, Member of
the Quota Club, Chapter HZ-PEO,
Mountainaires Women’s Choral Group, 33
year member of the Presbyterian Community
Church of the Rockies serving as Deacon,
Elder and Chancel Choir Member.
